i ordered the phones for my mother who is 91 and cant see to well,she was very happy with them and finds them very easy to use .

Absolutely marvellous product AND service! Just the item my tecnophobic mother needed as the large buttons make life easier for her. The cordless hand set works very well and I love the way you can adjust the ear piece volume.

Unfortuantly this phone was faulty. However it was quickly replaced and a pre paid label was supplied to send the old one back. The customer service was excellant so I would definatly use Cordless Phone World again.

I bought this product for my elderly parents and I was very pleased at the prompt delivery and also value for money.

Thanks for great service and at a great price - so much cheaper than elsewhere. I'd looked at loads of sites and really pleased I bought from you. The phones were listed as ex-display but this wasn't evident as they are in perfect condition. The phones were easy to install and great for my mum who has very poor sight. I'll definitely shop here again.

I am replying on behalf of Estelle Simmonds (she does not have access to the internet and uses my facilities) Estelle has seriously difficult hearing, both with and without a hearing aid. She suffers from tinitus in both ears, is 80% deaf in one ear and 50% in the other ear. She is disabled and lives alone in a sheltered housing unit. Her need is for a telephone that presents no technical complications, has deaf aid attachability, large digital keys, loud ringing and the ability to carry a handset with good range around with her when elsewhere in the building. Your phone met all these specifications more than adequately. Needless to say, she is delighted with it and she is still discovering some of the other tricks it can do to make her life easier. The price is astoundingly low for what she has purchased. In comparison to sets offered in local telephone or hearing centre shops, it is about one third of the price of what is available and is also more suited to her needs. I don't know if you have links to websites for the partially deaf or the physically disabled; if you don't, you ought to get this particular phone promoted on them. Service and delivery was prompt. Unfortunately I could not get the cordless handset to work despite following the instructions. The product was returned on Monday 18th January 2010, seeking a refund as I had to obtain an urgent alternative.

Spot on. Very quick delivery, good communications. This was a present for my 83 year old mother who has failing eyesight. The big buttons are great and the ability to have a hands free conversation using the loudspeaker option is excellent. Would definitely recommend both the phone and Cordless Phone World.

5 star phone, easy to use, bought for my 89yr old mother in law, so she didn't have to get up and answer the phone, nice large buttons on main phone and handset. fast delivery will buy from this company again.
