The BT Graphite 2500 phone features a 50 name and number phonebook. The phone also features a answer machine with a recording time of up to 25 minutes, both male and female pre-recorded outgoing messages or of course you can record your own outgoing message.

The BT Graphite 2500 phone comes complete with caller display with a 40 number calls list, blue backlit display and has a handsfree speakerphone on both handsets.

Apart from downloading the User manual from the BT website to find out all the information required to fully use the phones nothing else was required. The phones work perfectly.

Phones ordered on Thursday and delivered Monday, fully charged and in use on Tuesday. No problem at all except limited instructions for non standard operations like altering an entry in the phonebook when you have messed it up - solved by downloading the full manual from the internet. Have been using the phones for a week now. Both are working well, having arrived in 3 days of ordering. Instructions almost not refered to, but were easy to follow when We did. I need to down load the manual to establish all the finer setup adjustments. For instance I want to extend the number of rings before the answer message cuts in. Overall very pleased with the choice.

Excellent service - ordered on line on Thursday and received the goods the following Tuesday. The phones work well and are easy to use. I downloaded the full User Guide from the BT site which made it a little easier for me to set up. Like a previous reviewer my only small moan is that you have to set up the phone books on each phone separately, though I suppose we can't complain too much at the price!

The phones were exactly as described and ideal for me. Simple to set up and easy to use. The one quibble I would have is that there appears to be no way to transfer numbers from one phone memory to the other, but still only a small moan. What a fantastic service. Ordered Wednesday 22/12/10 and received phones on 24/12/10. This in the middle of the Christmas rush was brilliant especially as we were not expecting to receive the phones until after Christmas.
