The phone arrived extremely promptly and is an excellent product for the price , had a small issue with a missing cable but they sorted that out immediately . The only criticism I have of this phone is that if the mains supply fails you have to reinput your numbers and outgoing message but for the price you cannot complain.

I came across this site by accident but so pleased I did. I purchased a new phone, delivered free and despite packaging being a bit torn the phone works perfectly. It arrived when it said it would and nearly as new. The phone it's self is easy to use, instructions included and sound quality ok, looks pretty good too.

I too came across this site by default. I am thus far very pleased I did. Despatch and delivery were very prompt. The phone arrived in good condition. I cannot comment on it's performance yet as the new phone line is not fitted until 11th Jan. I will definately come back and let you know.

Ordered Binatone Caprice. It must have been despatched within hours and arrived a couple of days later. Product box had obviously been opened, but contents were well wrapped in bubble film. The phone included all ancilliary items, was indistinguishable from new, and worked perfectly when connected.
I have to say I am gobsmacked at the value and level of service that I experienced.

This 'phone was required to replace one which had 'seen better days' and was starting to function erratically. It arrived in good time, well packed and looked as good as a new one. As my answer 'phone is used on my main 'phone I have not checked this one's capabilities but in all other aspects it is very good.
As so many places seem to be reluctant to sell corded telephones it was a pleasure to find a company which was able to supply a quality item within a fews days of ordering it.
