So far so good. The delivery was very good considering the Easter break.

I spent a long time shopping around for a phone before I found this place...and boy, was I glad I did! I ordered the phone and received it in 2 days. The phone was exactly as described and was great value for the money. Has a great deal of features that you pay more money for elsewhere. Reasonably priced phone that does what it is supposed to do - make calls - not actually tried out the answser machine bit yet. It does feel a little light and "plastic-y" but at this price what do you expect. My only comment would be that the display is very poor indeed, to the point where it's hardly worth having! As for Cordless Phone World Service - very quick, very efficient and couldn't fault them - so my 4 stars are more for them than the product.

Excellent sevice from supplier. Phone does everything required but contrast on LCD when backlit is pretty poor.

Good value phone, and excellent service from CPW. Only criticism is the display is very difficult to see.

Was told to order the phone for its compatability with hearing aids. The display does not stay on when the phone is put on the hook and as the previous review states the contrast on the display is not very good.
Service from CPW cannot be faulted, as the phone arrived within stated estimate and the website is quite easy to use. Even an untrained chimp could use it.
Although the service was good I feel the product drags down the rating, this is why I can only give 3 stars.

Wanted a reasonably priced corded phone for home office and that's what was delivered in rapid time.
It is very neat and does all I want it to do. The back-lit display is not very good and the adjustable contrast does not go far enough but, apart from that it is an excellent phone for the money. Have not tried the answerphone element yet but the remainder is absolute value for money.
