Was apprehensive about ordering the Binatone Speakeasy 17 telephone as it was ex display model, but I need have had no worries. Delivery was excellent, received phone within two days and it looks brand new and works ok. The instruction book had been photocopied, and a bit faint in places, however, it was easy to download another copy from the Binatone site.
Excellent value for money. Would definitely order from this company again.

Delivery service was very fast and efficient and excellent value as delivery was included in the price of the product. The product was not quite what I required and I requested a return. The sales office were very efficient and helpful, they sent me a returns label and a bag to return the product in. The overall service from this company is first class.
