This phone has been a good choice. Sound through the earpiece is clear, a noticeable improvement on the phone it replaced. Sound through the loudspeaker is less good, needing more volume. The features the phone offers are straightforward to use and well explained in the manual. Delivery was prompt and the price was very competitive. I will confidently deal with this company again.

Prompt and efficient delivery service. Phones ergonomically sensible and easy to use in all respects. Where there is no need for miniaturisation, large keys mean the user can key-in numbers without staring at the keypad. Weight of base unit prevents it from sliding all over the place as the user moves about with the handpiece. The reasonable size and weight of the handpiece give it a good feel and ease of handling for the user.

This is an excellent phone which is stylish but functioinal. The screen is clear and gives full information as to calls and caller details. The hands free function is aderquate and my very elderly mother had no trouble getting used to the features of this unit.
