The Binatone Speakeasy 6 features large buttons and screen, plus a built in answering machine to manage calls. Great phone, my mum is partially sighted, she has two hearing aids and has found the phone easy to use. she cannot see the screen to use the phone book, but is very impressed at how clear the sound is. She also likes the clarity of the messages when played back. It arrived within 24hours of ordering. I would use cordless phone world again.

The cherry on the icing is that my husband who is extremely hard on hearing answered a call from my brother in Canada with no problem at all! Phone arrived within 2 days, great service. Couldn't get it to work at first but after emailing customer service and being given some advice by them It's working perfectly. Easy to set up,as long as you follow the instructions carefully. It has a good ringing tone on it that even my husband can hear, he never heard our other phone and the big buttons are great. I am really pleased with this item

Very pleased with the phone . Very easy to use and ideal for Golden Oldies ! Excellent value for money.
However, I do experience short periods of noise interference whilst using it which the caller can also hear. Would be grateful for any feed-back.

The phone despatched against my order was obviously an ex-display one: the box was very shabby and the menu and memo buttons did not respond so I could not customise it. However, I did get very good service following my email requesting replacement. I received another phone quickly for temporary use and then a replacement of my order all within an acceptable time frame. So, although I feel that a sub standard and faulty model should not have been sent out originally, I did receive immediate attention to rectify the matter. If the product had been sent out in good condition at the outset I would have given 5 stars. Because of the good replacement service I am however giving 4 stars.

This was our second speakeasy 6 (the other one was broken by our dogs) so we were obviously happy withe it.

Excellent, fast service with all the paperwork covered. I was surprised the telephone arrived so quickly. It turns out to be brilliant value and the instructions were easy to follow. Our old BT answerphone was literally cracking up - badly affecting the line - and now everything is clear and easy to use again. Many thanks for what was also the cheapest option, (not always wise), but has shown us how the units have developed with so many more feaures in recent years! I had started with the BT options but their reviews were so bad I looked for more choices. Thankfully. I would have paid more than double for the cheapest of their selection which sounded from the reviews to have lots of bad points.

Overall very good.
One slight niggle is that the Mute button also seems to decrease the speaker volume.
Makes it very hard to hear the conversation.
