I bought this phone for my mother who is 96 years old based on the recommendation of the previous reviewer. I am delighted with it - it is particularly good being handsfree so mum does not need to mess with the receiver. She just needs to remember how to operate the one touch and memory buttons I have programmed for her! ~Great service and speedy delivery.

ordered a BT Big Button Phone from you to replace one of the same model that we'd had for a couple of years but had started to play up (keys sticking, message light stopped flashing). But in spite of the problems with our previous one, we like this phone so much, especially for its special features e.g. the loudspeaker (Handsfree) function, so when I saw that I could replace our faulty one for only £12.50 with free delivery, it was too good to resist!
