The Doro Care Plus telephone is a revolution in home safety for those living alone. The phone is supplied with 2 pendants (one is waterproof) which allows the user to alert a relative in an emergency or can be used to answer the phone if it is out of reach. When the pendant is activated in an emergency it dials each of the speed dial numbers in turn and plays a pre-recorded message. The speed dial numbers are also accessible by using the large photo buttons making it easy for users to call key relatives or neighbours. The Doro Care Plus also features a visible ring alert and adjustable ringer volume suitable for those with difficulty hearing.

So far I have not been able to test drive the Doro as I am disabled and have to wait until a relative can come and install it for me. Once the order was placed your service was excellent and the package delivered the following day. The one thing that I found annoying was the fact that I emailed your company when the item was shown as OUT OF STOCK asking to be informed when the item was back instock. But heard NOTHING it was quite by chance that I revisited your site and saw that it was again available placed my order and received it within a very short space of time.
