This Opticom B500 corded home phone not only includes many features to make communication as easy and efficient as possible but can also be wall mounted for convenient placement in the home. The phone is excellent. When I received the phone, the lead which attaches the phone to the phone line was broken. I e mailed the company, and they despached me a new one straight away. I was very impressed with the service, and would not hesitate to shop with this company again.

This phone is amazing! I had an older model of Opticom for 3 yeas until it died & was so disappointed I couldn't find it again until I saw this one! It's not only better than the older model with 120 phone number memory , it's also of a better value! There are not many corded combine phone/answering machine on the market these days, yet it is absolutely a necessity for a household that only has a cordless phone with no answering machine. The REN capacity of all small to medium size flats are about 3 to 4 normally & my choices were limited in that respect. So, I would definitely recommend this phone! My best buy of 2010!It also arrived 1 working day after I placed my order (on standard delivery!)

Excellent phone at bargain price and speedy delivery. Unfortunately it came without any instructions and there was nothing to indicate this at the time of purchase. As a result I have only rated it at 4 stars - it would have been nice to know. Luckily I am not afraid of pressing buttons and fiddling until I worked it all out, though it took a while. It seems impossible to locate an online manual or instructions for this phone too.
