We are delighted with this product, and have had no problems so far. The service from Cordless Phone World was very good, and the phones arrived within two days.
The only critism I have is that although the phones are ideal for people who perhaps have limited vision - the print in the instrcution books is very small, but that is not this supplier's fault!

Very pleased to report that phone package, as ordered arrived on Thursday despite bad weather situation and that the product is what I had hoped it would be. Packaging a bit bruised, but all inside appeared fine and is now in full use without any problems.

1st time i'd used CPW and will definetly look again when i am ready to replace my phone's. I got these phone's for my parent's,they are really pleased with them especially the big button's,I had a couple of questions to ask before i bought them and found the "chat live help" very useful,they answered my queries and left me with no doubt's which was why i went ahead with the purchase, the phones arrived within a couple of days and looked like they'd never been out of the box, would recommend and if you have any doubt's try there "chat live help"
