I am well pleased with these phones.Wear hearing aids and have wasted money on different phones but these are perfect. Apart from the box looking a little tatty you would think they were brand new. Excellent service and have already recommended this company to a relative.

Thank you for a first class delivery service. The telephones are excellent and very easy to set up - my only slight complaint is that I do not appear to be able to put a different ring tone on for certain incoming stored numbers to identify who may be calling - perhaps this can be done? I rate this product as 4

Bought this for my parents who have trouble with fiddly buttons, small numbers and quiet volumes. They are very pleased but the instruction book needs a magnifying glass considering the phone is aimed at those with harder hearing and poorer eyesight!
Otherwise great and they would recommend it.

Very pleased with the phones, took a bit longer to receive due to the postal strike but when they arrived they were in excellent condition. Totally satisfied with the phones and having mastered the instructions now have three phones working well. A problem occurred with the base station as the power lead was too short to reach the power point but that was my problem not yours.

I can't fault the service from cordless phone world. Arrived quickly and well packaged.
I'm not as happy with the phone as the phonebook memory is too small and it's a bit cluncky to use compared to our last phone which had more functions.
I should have been more careful reading the small -print I guess!
