Service from company - perfect; very fast, product like new. Phones - great value; sound is crystal clear. Few niggles in the design - ringer is a bit quiet on it's highest volume & all 5 tones are a bit annoying (no 'normal' ring), phone book is only accessible through main menu, no back light, so impossible to use in the dark/low light! Great for the price you pay though and very nice looking.

The service was quite good, the product arrived on time. The only thing is that it did not come with the manual.
Apart from the missing manual, the product works quite well and it is easy to operate. Not the best product in the market but with the price I paid, I would say it is a good buy.
