Was a bit unsure about buying a "cheap" phone but have been delighted with the service and the BT XB2500 phone works perfectly. It was packaged as new and v good condition. I was also pleased to receive the instructions with it, as reading some of the other reviews it appears it is not always possible.You can get full instructions on the makers website though, as I did this in case.

Speed of delivery: Excellent Condition: Excellent Product: Excellent. Looks neat. Using as handset only. On loudspeaker plus hearing aid, deaf user can now join in phone calls. Also used for calls between rooms due to poor mobility. Very pleased all round. (Haven't tried the answerphone.) NB Each handset charger needs an electric socket.
