Phones were delivered within 2 days and were excellent an as new. One or more of the rechargeable batteries didn't charge so i sent a email - got a reply straight away with some good adivce - the batteries were spent though - asked for some replacments - they came the next day. Excellent after sales service, very pleased with every aspect of the company and product.
