Bought these for 88 year old with poor eyesight.
Perfect - big buttons, big screen, and very loud ring tone.
Only slight problem is no conventional ring - only polyphonic, but he's getting used to it!

Good quick service - let me know by email when to expect delivery. Phones great - only disappointment is the lack of a traditional type ringtone - why are we only offered manic tunes? Otherwise, clear display, big butons and loud volume.

Bought this phone due to the good reviews and wanted a phone with big buttons. Arrived quickly and was impressed. Unfortunately the caller display service would not work with my broadband connected. So reluctantly had to return the product. But I must say the customer service was very helpful with dealing with the issue and hence the top marks for service. I wouldn't hesitate to use your company again in future.

Very good value and service. The phones and packaging were new, despite being described as possible catalogue returns. Big buttons and display, loud ringtones, although a bit limited in choice. There are two memory shortcut buttons, press and hold dials a programmed number, ideal for an older person who may need to call someone quickly in an emergency.

Prompt delivery. Very pleased with phone with one exception, the back light isn't very bright even on the top setting, which makes it difficult to see the display. Also, I needed a PIN to change some of the settings which wasn't included but this was soon solved by an email to Cordless Phone World who responded in minutes.

Excellent and unrivalled service Phone is excellent but although the buttons are large and great for partially sighted the numbers are finished in indistinct light grey. It is pretty obvious that the person who designed it had excellent vision and was not aware of the appeal of a big button 'phone for the visually impaired. Much wiser if numbers were in contrasting black.
