These products are brand new and come fully boxed with a 12 month return to base warranty.

New & Reboxed

These products are brand new but due to the packaging being damaged in transit will come in plain white box rather than a branded box. These offer excellent value for money. A 6 month return to base warranty is included.

Ex-Display

This describes items which have been used for demonstration purposes in shop display cabinets
or returned by mail order while under guarantee. Most of these items have never
been used or removed from the original boxes. We include a 6 month return to base warranty on all ex display items.

Refurbished

These are items returned to the manufacturer but after inspection and testing by our telecom engineers(mobile phones are factory refurbished) have been found with no fault. Refurbished items may come in a plain box instead of the original one and also may have very minor marks - This will not effect the working of the product whatsoever. These items are sold with a 90 day return to base warranty.
