Both the service online and the delivery were quick and easy. Used standard shipping and had the phones next day. I like the cordless phones in particular as they are a little larger than average and have large readable buttons (something I did not notice when purchasing online). Phone operation and options are excellent. Nothing negative thus far.

The Phones arrived very soon after the order was placed. My first impression after taking the phones out of the well packed box was that the phones were bigger than I expected with clear looking keys which were both easy to see, which were easy to operate with those less nimble fingers. they are also very light to hold. They perform as well as they look and if the continue working as they started they will prove to be a very good purchase. The only point I think could be improved is the instruction booklet diagram which is not very easy to see due to the size.

I go through a lot of quad phones in my life and these so far are the best ever, I love the big buttons, i love the choice of 10 ringtones so i know who is calling me, i love the lcd dispaly where the message number is shown as message is playing, i'm just really happy with them.

Extremely good value and on first inspection appeared to do everything that was asked of it. The display contrast, however was quite dim and difficult to read and some of the buttons, for example the address book and scroll up/down are very small and unclear. A bit more thought needs to go into the design of the next model if it going to fit the bill.

The only problem with that I have noticed so far is that the ID caller disappear after 15 seconds into conversation but it is possible to bring it back , normally it should stay on to end of conversation.
