The service was excellent and the phone arrived as described and works perfectly except for one rather major issue. We can hardly hear when the phone is ringing. I can't believe that no other reviewer has picked up on this. We have tried all the different ringtones and changed the volume to the highest setting. But unless we are in the room with the phone in we miss the call. We could hear our old cordless phone anywhere in the house over the radio or tv and any noise our kids were making. Otherwise a perfect and great value item.

Great Phone, nice orange screen, ringtones 6 and 7 are good. All works great, apart from volume doesn't seem as loud as it could be, even when on speakerphone.. just needs to go up a tiny bit more, but other than that, very please with the product. Instrucions about 30 pages, but most of it is easy to figure out anyway. I was going to get a similar phone from ASDA but the cheapest ones they had were around ten pounds more, so I thought well this one's a bargain then considering the delivery is free too! All in all, does what it says on the box and very happy with the product. Only took 2 days to arrive.
