I was astounded by the swift delivery (despite the snow). Excellent item and easy to set up and use. Only problem is that phone book is entered on each of the handsets and not centrally - but what do you expect for the price!! A bargain!

Great - as described and do everything you need. Quick delivery and no damage to any of the phones. Shame these phones don't upload the phone book from one to another but they are fairly basic digital and they call in and out so what more do you need? Especially as they were a tenner cheaper here than in Argos (and that's on sale in Argos!!!)

I bought a trio to match a working example I already had. Once I had set up the new base unit and charged the batteries, the new phones set themselves up easily. I soon got the old handset to join the network and had everything functioning perfectly about an hour after receiving the package. The only real drawback is that the phone book is stored on individual handsets, so has to be manually entered on each of them. Otherwise, these are good, easy-to-use phones and represent excellent value for money.

Value of phones just about all the money paid. Ring tones not very good, ringing volume not too loud !!! Great service and delivery so some consolation. Would use again but get dearer phones next time. Company good phones below average .....

The new phones are relley nice,shiney and very easy to use they have a very low volume to here but still very nice.

Speedy delivery and good price,but instruction sheet VERY difficult to read-even with my glasses on,plus a magnifying glass.Too complicated for the over 70s.Please could you make your instruction sheet larger and simpler?

Great phones, very pleased with them. Only one gripe - the onboard phone book is not shared so numbers have to be entered on to each phone, other than that, very good.
