Bought the XB2500 Trio, easy to order and was delivered on the day quoted. Took the set to Spain and after being messed about in the UK bought the correct adaptor to interconnect with telefonica. All works extremely happy, easy to sort address book, ring tones etc and out of house coverage good. All marvellous at a great price.

Took a week to arrive even though we are only in the same town but could have been due to the weather. Packaged well, all set up and in use. Instructions needed to be downloaded but very useful.

Phone arrived late due to winter travel problems and works fine except that the rechargeable battereies are the cheapest possible and one set required immediate replacement - but overall good value for money

Phone arrived on time, even though ordered over Christmas week. Basic instructions not enough, so got full instructions emailed by BT. 40 pages. Batteries are the cheapest and donot last more than a ten minute call, but instruction book from BT says this will improve through re-charging.
Service from Cordless phone world - excellent.
Product, subject to battery improvement, excellent, especially for the cost.
