BT Graphite 1100 Trio has energy efficient power supplies that (according to BT) cuts energy use by 30%. Offering remarkable value the Graphite has caller id and call waiting (BT line only). 50 name and number phonebook plus missed call log also feature.
If you have multiple handsets you can call transfer and have 3 way conference calls.

Product arrived quickly but unfortunately there appeared to be a fault with the base unit / phone. Customer services tried to resolve this without success but arranged immediate refund once I had returned the product (sae provided). This has not put me off using this company again

the phone is lovely to look at its very loud as we like that couldnt hear our last one we love the loud speaker and internal calls to other phones in the house every one admires it it was brilliant value for money as it was 60 pounds in the argos catalogue im so pleased with it ive told all my friends and family they dont believe the price i would definately reccomend you to any one ive never had a bargain like that before we love it

After placing order for BT Graphite 1100 trio we were delighted it arrived so quickly. It was in a no frills plain box which is a good idea. All items included and ok on arrival. Whilst the quick start instructions get you going, I had to go on-line for the full instruction pack for simple information, e.g. how to put a space when entering a name. So far very pleased with service and product. Would use CordlessPhoneWorld again.
