Disappointed to find that the 'caller display' feature only comes with an extra charge of £2.50 per month from BT.

After a long time to make up my mind...to renew my phones. I purchased Binatone Concept 2310 Twin Combo Answer Machine Phones. This company dispatched promptly and now We have these in opertation in our house. One drawback was imputting all our contact numbers onto the phone but thats what happens when you have lots of friends and family.... I would certainly use Cordless Phone world again.

Delivery was prompt, given the difficult weather conditions, and the product appears to be excellent value for the money.
A small caveat. The box had been opened, and one of the user manuals was missing. Luckily the operation is largely intuitive.

Opted for the Binatone Twin Combo 2310, it has one cordless handset and the other is 'corded' to the base unit. ( So at least I knew where one phone would be when they started ringing! ) With all the features, including ease of set-up, this is excellent value. Equally important is the level of service from this supplier. Your delivery was very good, packaged well and in general a good item my only complaint was when one records ones own answerphone outgoing message the volume is much lower than the pre-set messages and of much lower sound quality in comparison - there is no way of improving this by any user record level controls.
Whilst I would recommend highly Cordless Phone World I'm disapointed as this phone is not up to Binatones usual standards one the point I mention.

Pdf file emailed to me same day for instructions, which was great because I could enlarge the text as my eyesight not good enough to see the original. Missing stand sent in postand arrived quickly. Fast delivery (5) and so far pleased with phone (4). Only complaints: small green light constantly on if you have ansamachine on (it can be turned off), which seems unnecessary. Also, something that wasn't specified in the write-up, is that having the caller's name flash up is an optional extra which has to be paid for with your service provider. One last thing is that the instruction manual says that if you have broadband at home you need to have a micro-filter connected otherwise you might get interference between the two, however none is provided. We have not suffered from intereference so far though.

I bought this phone for my father, he finds it easy to use especialy the large screen and buttons on the main unit, he also has no problems using the cordless handset. Easy to set up and the sos button is a bonus as he is elderly and lives on his own. Overall I would recomend this phone and rate it as a 5.
