I am replying on behalf of Estelle Simmonds (she does not have access to the internet and uses my facilities)
Estelle has seriously difficult hearing, both with and without a hearing aid. She suffers from tinitus in both ears, is 80% deaf in one ear and 50% in the other ear. She is disabled and lives alone in a sheltered housing unit. Her need is for a telephone that presents no technical complications, has deaf aid attachability, large digital keys, loud ringing and the ability to carry a handset with good range around with her when elsewhere in the building. Your phone met all these specifications more than adequately. Needless to say, she is delighted with it and she is still discovering some of the other tricks it can do to make her life easier. The price is astoundingly low for what she has purchased. In comparison to sets offered in local telephone or hearing centre shops, it is about one third of the price of what is available and is also more suited to her needs.
I don't know if you have links to websites for the partially deaf or the physically disabled; if you don't, you ought to get this particular phone promoted on them.

Thanks for great service and at a great price - so much cheaper than elsewhere. I'd looked at loads of sites and really pleased I bought from you. The phones were listed as ex-display but this wasn't evident as they are in perfect condition. The phones were easy to install and great for my mum who has very poor sight. Altho used mainly as a back-up phone at the moment, it works fine and as advertized. The large buttons are a Godsend for both my wife and myself as we both have sight problems. Use of the second phone as an intercom is also a decided advantage.

Excellent product in perfect condition on receipt. Slight scrubbing on the package corners, no problem.
A larger button to activate the speaker for hands free on the cordless would be an assistance. A larger instruction manual with bigger print would have been appreciated.
Very prompt delivery. Due to poor dexterity in my one working hand, availability of a telephone ordering alternative would have been appreciated. (I needed assistance far the online completion.)

Very good service, so far, from Corless Phone World. Set up phone for my elderly parents without a problem. However, there seems to be an issue with the cord connecting the corded handset to telephone base - it keeps popping out of the handset!I wonder if this has been mentioned previously? If issue persists, will have to contact CPW. Overall, if above problem gets sorted, all's well.

Asolutely no problem with this product. The service was prompt and as an 'ex-display' model the conditon is as you would expect to find from an unopened box. In fact, from the packaging, you would find it extremely difficult to realise it had ever been taken out of its wrapping. Understandingly so, an original instruction manual was not included but a photocopied version included, albeit with the first few pages missing.
At first I had a very slight problem with the memory buttons on the main unit. Although I managed to resolve this myself I contacted sales to say I was not entirely sure of why there had been a problem and asked if they might send me the missing pages. The very next day I received a complete original manual.
The problem , by the way , was through me not keeping the last button in the process of allocating each number pressed long enough for it to register (beep).
