Good service, product arrived as expected.
Phones better than expected, plenty of volume, no cutting out and useful additional features we did not expect.
1. Each base unit has a 'find' button, so that if you lose the phone you canset it ringing.
2. There is an 'internal' button which means you can talk to one another.

after the first day the main phone did appear to say 'searching' which was strange as it was on the base unit, but this was sorted by unplugging and removing the batteries for a few seconds. so far everything good.

Delivery was quick and the phones arrived without damage. The condition of the phones and accessories were excellent even though they were 'ex demo' models. The initial reaction of the quality of the phones themselves was good, these were better than three different models of binatone that we have tried. Some useful features not mentioned; when you dial a No. then hit the go key you hear the dialing tone first so that you can pick up that you have a 1571 message waiting. Also on the same vein the phone displays 'voice mail' when a 1571 message was waiting.
Very good value and only time will tell how long these phones' displays last before loosing part of their displays like the binatone ones did

The twin phones I ordered arrived in a couple of days via Royal Mail, well packed and in perfect condition. I followed the simple instructions and had the phones up and working in no time. I wanted three things with the phone - handsfree speaker, handset that times my calls (so that I dont go over one hour) and caller display. This phone has all 3 apart from the usual things that most mobile phones do. So far I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I know how to get in contact with Cordless Phone World if I have a problem.
