Cordless Phone World they suggested placing my order over the telephone. Their response was not only quick but pro-active something which is sadly missing in this day and age. I placed my order Bank Holiday weekend expecting to have to wait probably a week to get it, but surprise surprise, 3 days later it arrived having been preceeded by an e-mail advising me it had been dispatched. The BT Graphite 3500 twin cordless phone with answer machine arrived promptly and so far so good, no problems whatsoever. The instructions are very simple to understand and the set up is easy. The only slight niggle is the ringtones can be a bit annoying but one is quite acceptable.
