The BT Studio 4500 is a cordless phone that has a digital answering machine built in as well. This phone is often used in both the home and even the office as the Studio 4500 has a sleek compact stylish design.
The answering machine on the BT Studio 4500 has a recording time of up to 12 minutes in total. This means that callers will have plenty of recording time to leave a message if the call goes unanswered. It is also possible to playback messages via the BT Studio 4500 handset or base and if someone is out and about remotely as well. Calls can be screened and the Studio base also has a handy message counter as well.
With a 50 name and number directory the BT Studio 4500 has plenty of storage space for contacts such as friends and family. If the phone is connected to a BT line with caller display it will also show the number and if in the directory name as well.
The built in clock also has an alarm so users can set reminders and even use it to wake them up in the bedroom at home. If the phone is ringing the Studio 4500 handsets will even answer the call when they are picked up out of the base.

I bought this phone for someone who is slightly hard of hearing and she finds it difficult to hear a conversation.I have tried to increase the volume from the handset without success. Is this a fault. Service from your site was excellent,and apart from the previos comment the phone was good.

Very pleased with both phones and service. Order arrived in a couple of days, exactly as promised - so 1st rate service there. We were not sure what to expect as we had always bought more expensive phones that seem to need replacing about every three years, so decided to go cheaper. Phones easy to set up and we were delighted to find we could receive calls withing a couple of hours of charging, so we didn't have to wait the full 24hrs, which was an unexpected bonus. Answerphone very easy to use and the messages are nice and clear (our previous answerphone was a bit fuzzy to listen to). Ringtone a bit strange, but still does the job. So very, very good value.

Really quick delivery and the phone is great - at a very good price. The only thing that I would have liked (and is on my old phone) is a speakerphone - unless its there but I haven't figured out how to use it yet! This would be really useful for making calls where you know you are going to be on hold for a while...
