Service was good. Came in four days. Phone is decent but a few criticisms. Was bought for my parents who are pensioners; they struggle to see the display as characters are thin. The maximum the ringtone can go for is 9 rings b4 answer machine comes in which I think is premature for a maximum option.
But overall is easy to use, looks great and is very lightweight with a good battery life. Hopefully it will last longer than a year without fault as my previous phones have done.

Couldn't believe how fast the service was bearing in mind the
appaling weather conditions. Product equally impressive.
Although batteries had been removed for transit, when inserted, and charged, all ready to go, I didn't even have to set the time or date. My old machine has to be reset even if you only lose the mains for half a minute.
