I have had the phone for a few days now.
The phone is working very well so far.
There was only a basic user guide included with the phone.
I had to download more detailed instructions from the internet,because I needed to edit a number i had put in the phone book on the phone.
The user guide dose not so all that can be done with the phone.
Very good for the price . I have had this phone Less than week.
so far so good as they say.

So far very pleased with these phones. Sturdy, only have to enter a new entry in phonebook from one handset to appear in both. In the past I had to enter phonebook entries into both phones. Call screening via answer phone excellent as disabled and difficult to get to phone and then find out a cold caller. Caller ID service from BT free which further enables you to know if you want to take a call. Clear reception and some great features. I haven't yet tried to extend the phone further than my flat so can't comment on the range yet, however at the furthest point from the base I've had no problems with the reception cutting out. LED/handset readouts very helpful. Customer service excellent as received phones without manual which was emailed and posted immediately following a request. Extra set of rechargable batteries included. Phones delivered earlier than expected.
