the phone is very stylish and compact, the ring tones are good and loud the only thing i would say is that the key pads could be a little better they are flimsy.The customer service was excellent i ordered them on line and recieved them 4 days later. Excellent services would shop with you again.THANK YOU.

i have only had it up and running a few days now. here's preliminary assessment. it is a very lightweight compact phone. call quality is good so far. looks stylish. i think the answerphone could be clearer. i didn't recognise someone's voice until half way through the message. the words were clear just the tone was off. call screening from each handset is a lovely feature. don't need to be near the answerphone to do call screening. i haven't used this yet so can't say if this is clear or not. i also like the transfer your numbers over to the other handset feature. with a 100 number phone book this is very useful. I don't use the landline a lot so overall quite pleased. and great for the price.
