Hi I bought this phone for my mum's birthday and was told it would arrive within 3-4 days from despatch ,but to my suprise it arrived on the Saturday when I didn't think it would arrive until the tuesday.Mum thought the phone was easy to use and set up.It has a speaker phone which she finds a lot easier to use as she is in her 70's and finds that she can hear people better if she has them on speaker phone.It was very good value for money considering Argos was selling the same phones for £49.99.I was very pleased with the quick and efficent service that you provide and would recommend you to friends and family.

Mostly plus. Nice phones, big buttons. Only problem is that as one ages one's eyesight deteriorates and the whole printed instructions had to be done with a magnifying glass. Slightly bigger print please....4

Good phone at a good price. Sound quality is good. Sensible set of features and fairly intuitive to use. User manual is well written. A minor niggle - warranty card was missing despite being on the 'what should be in the box' list.

Excellent service and rapid delivery.
I bought a single one of these phone for an elderly friend with poor hearing. I was so impressed with it I bought the duo for my own use.
Very clear sound and very easy to use as a simple phone and speaker phone. I haven't tried the more advanced features or the answer machine yet.
