Phones arrived quickly. They were easy to set up and seem to be working well. Have noticed better call quality too. The only slight negative is that the choice of ringtones isn't great and we have plumped for the lesser of all the evil settings, but it still isn't to my tastes. Would be 5 out of 5 if this was sorted.

Box was slighly bashed but expected this due to being a refurbished item but the phones were in an excellent as new condition. Easy to use and set up. I had one Wharfedale phone already so was delighted when I found that they were still available. The screen is the best of all I have looked at and there are some very useful facilities – speed dialing and Baby Call for example - and even more if you subscribe to Call Line Identification.

Service very good. Have not used every function possible but the phones seem to work very well. Anyone who is not used to texting/using a mobile would find setting up the phonebook a little tricky (this probably goes for any cordless phone), worth remembering if buying for an older relative.
The manual gives the impression that you can transfer phonebook contents from one phone to another. YOU CAN'T. Maybe a sticker could be attached telling readers to ignore this section of the manual, to save others wasting their time trying to make it work.

Thrilled to bits with this phone and delivery was great. I ordered it on Monday evening and the postman brought it on Thursday. I had no difficulty programming. Someone wrote in their review that you could not transfer your phonebook from one to the other - I did. You need to press the ok button on the other handset as well as the one with the phonebook in. Love the paging - I don't have to shout up the stairs anymore! Have already recommended Cordless Phone World to my family.
